История со всеми словами

For years, Tom worked long hours as a programmer and lived on takeaways. He liked to indulge in pizza late at night and rarely drank enough water, so he was often dehydrated. He felt sluggish all day, and the constant fatigue made it hard to concentrate.

Every winter he caught every bug going: when there was an outbreak of flu at the office, he was always the first to fall ill and, being contagious, the first to infect everyone else. One year he went back to work too early and had a nasty relapse.

His doctor said there was no quick remedy. She wanted to take a holistic view of his well-being: his diet, his sleep and his stress all mattered, and all of them affected his immunity.

So Tom changed his routine. He swapped takeaways for nourishing home-made soups and found cooking surprisingly therapeutic. He started swimming in the cold sea each morning, which was invigorating, and hoped it would help him ward off colds. That winter, for the first time in years, he wasn’t ill once.
